Cambridge Cares Office & TransCEND is moving!

In July 2010, Cambridge Cares About AIDS became part of AIDS Action Committee of MA.

WHAT TO EXPECT: All case management, housing, peer support and needle exchange services will be available like they are now.

Our TransCEND program will be moving on Thursday, May 26th to our 75 Amory St. office in Jamaica Plain
(Jackson Square Orange T Line Stop).
TransCEND will re-open on May 31st @ Amory St.

NEW AAC "CAMBRIDGE CARES"/CENTRAL SQUARE LOCATION:
359 Green Street, Cambridge, MA. 

From our current location at 17 Sellers Street, walk left down Green Street. The new location is after the Post Office on the left, across from the old Cambridge Police Station.

WHEN IS THE MOVE?
17 Sellers Street will be closed at 5PM Tuesday May, 24th.
We will re-open at 359 Green Street on Tuesday May 31st.
