TransCEND is a community-based HIV prevention and health education program by and for transgender women located in Jamaica Plain in the Jackson Square area. As of July 1, 2010, TransCEND is a new program of the AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts (AAC).

Ladies, we know first hand how hard it can be to reach out for support so we’ve created a place without judgement or pressure where transgender women can feel included and part of our family.

We provide 1 on 1 counseling and group support, HIV counseling and testing, referrals to transgender friendly legal and medical providers, safer sex and injection supplies, hygiene products, complimentary cosmetics and have a welcoming community safe drop-in space with television and computers with Internet for your use. Our Drop-In Space is open on the following days:

Monday 12pm-5pm
Tuesday 12pm-5pm
Wednesday 10am-5pm
Thursday 10am-5pm
Friday 10am-5pm
